Return & Exchange Policy

At Gitus Word, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, we follow a limited return policy:

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or incorrect.
• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video/photos as proof.
• Once we verify the issue, we’ll arrange a return pickup or ask you to ship it back. We will then offer a replacement or refund as applicable.

❌ No Returns/Exchanges For:

• Change of mind or dislike after receiving the product
• Customized or made-to-order items
• Minor color or design variations (handmade products)

💰 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
